Have just had an old ,much loved Ercol Renaissance chair recovered by Ralvern which has been done absolutely perfectly and it has been the most utmost pleasure to deal with Chris and his family at Ralvern who are just a delight to do business with. Can't recommend them too highly. Should be more like this company.

Thank you so much to Simon Chris, and their team. What they have done to transform my 25 year old four piece suite is outstanding. It doesn't get any better than this. The process from start to finish was easy. What they have done is a true reflection of skill, expertise, knowledge and a love for what they do. In the words of my partner on seeing it, "Wow that far exceeds what I expected. It's refreshing to see tradesmen still exist with this level of skill" and he is incredibly fussy. Can't express how delighted we are. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend Malvern absolutely stunning.

Took a cushion to be refoamed completed the same day within a couple of hours good quality work nice people definitely use again .

Recently received our made to measure curtains, expertly made and fitted by Chris and team, the attention to detail is second to none. We usually don't like to recommend people but we cannot praise Ralvern upholstery enough 10 / 10..

Needed a two seater sofa reupholstering and one cushion, repiping. Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional when advising how the job will be done.

He turned it around within 24 hours all for a decent price. The sofa cushions are now of high quality and so comfortable! Would definitely contact Chris in the future when my three seater suffers the same issues.

Would highly recommend Ralvern Upholstery to anyone. Great service and keep up the good work Chris!!

Excellent workmanship service and advice from start to finish. Bespoke armchairs and footstools made to specifications . Later 8 dining chairs remodelled and recovered . Fabulous and recommended to many.

The service from Ralvern is second to none and attention to detail is 1st class.From our initial enquiry, having samples of material, Chris and Simon made a bespoke suite to our requirements. They kept us informed on the progress of manufacture. We are absolutely delighted with it. We couldn't have had anything better from anywhere else. We would recommend Ralvern. Thank you.

Why We Built A New Website

As a family business that’s been handcrafting furniture since 1946, we wanted a website that finally did justice to five generations of craftsmanship. Our old site was showing its age – slow to load, awkward to use on a phone, and never quite capturing the quality of the work that leaves our Cannock workshop every week.

The new website brings together everything in one place: our full range of upholstery services, a gallery of recent projects, genuine Google reviews from customers across Staffordshire, and a handful of tools designed to make getting started with us as simple as possible.

The new website was designed and built b Mark from the fantastic Spires Web Tech, who took the time to understand our business, our customers, and what actually matters to a family upholstery firm before writing a single line of code. From the initial design through to the booking system and cost calculator now live on the site, the whole project was handled with real care and attention to detail.
